Today we are cooking one of the best, simple and tasty, pure vegetarian breakfast.it is the most preferred breakfast on the east coast of India.

This is most famous and easy to cook in minutes.while you are n hurry to go for office or school it is the best bet to cook.

It has the most important antioxidant herb, turmeric.you all know, how good turmeric is. its antioxidant, antiseptic properties make sure, you will be safe from any virus.

 Preparation of Kande(onion) pohe(flatten rice flake) need main ingredients,1 part well water-soaked pohe & 1/4 part finely chopped onion (kande),1 teaspoon of turmeric,1/2 teaspoon of mustard seed,1/2 teaspoon of cumin seed, salt as per your taste and last but not least handful of fresh green chopped cilantro for garnish.

Preparation: Let us start to cook the best easy vegan breakfast. Heat up pan,5 teaspoons of oil as per your taste, coconut oil would be great. let heat up oil to boil, add mustard seed to crack sound, add cumin seed, add onion, and turmeric saute for 2 minutes, lower the flame to normal, add rice flakes to the pan, mix all thoroughly, add salt, mix again, now close the pan by putting a lid on it.make sure to mix at regular intervals of 2 minutes, and close lid for 2 minutes, after 10 minutes your breakfast is ready to eat and serve… garnish with cilantro while serving. Mix lemon juice as per taste and ground fresh coconut would be.. cherry on top.
